Starting with an initial onsite survey, we can very quickly ascertain what the requirements are for the physical facilities and make recommendations to address these and manage any ongoing reconfiguration as well if required. 

In parallel to the facilities related work, the Safe Hands team will develop and undertake online staff and parent wellbeing assessments, develop bespoke collateral advocating best practices for handwashing, hand sanitisation, cleaning and disinfection, distance etiquette, temperature checking and so much more. Facilities will be allocated a dedicated Wellness Consultant who will guide them through the process.

Onsite training will be scheduled and undertaken to ensure that all members of the onsite team such as receptionists, cleaners, department heads, teachers etc…. are familiar with the new protocols. The Safe Hands team of Australian and British nurses can train members of staff in Paediatric First Aid which is also stipulated as a requirement by KHDA.

The partnership will ensure that bespoke policies / protocols are developed and branded for the Nursery consisting of:

● Drop off and collection protocols and signage

● General infection control protocols

● Visitor logs and assessment protocols

● Sterilisation process and routines

● Handling of a suspected COVID – 19 Case
