COVID 19 RETURN TO WORK FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES

For a pre-agreed fixed fee Impact will undertake the following review of your current strategy to help you through the COVID 19 Recovery Phase:

Impact Workplace Services can deliver a COVID 19 return to work comprehensive consultation to help identify any immediate changes that need to be made to your workplace to facilitate ‘Social  Distancing’ in line with the current guidance from local authorities and to align with globally accepted best practice where possible.    


Working with your leadership team we will ensure that your Facilities Management / Corporate Real Estate Strategy is aligned to any revisions to your Business Operating Model that you may have made as a result of the COVID 19 crisis, incorporating increased working from home or remote working as necessary. We will quickly establish whether any short term cost savings opportunities exist and plan strategically how to rightsize and configure your workplace into the ‘new  normal’.  You will not only be provided with a comprehensive report that includes an indicative project plan with timelines and milestones, a rough cost analysis, and a schedule. We also offer a suite of quality products that will help you get there quickly and  smoothly.

Physical Space:  We will look at the office related Health and Wellness of Employees

  • Propose alternative floor plans

  • Present findings
