For a pre-agreed fixed fee Impact will undertake the following review of your current strategy to help you through the COVID 19 Recovery Phase:

We will quickly establish whether any short term cost savings opportunities exist and plan strategically how to rightsize and configure your workplace into the ‘new  normal’.  You will not only be provided with a comprehensive report that includes an indicative project plan with timelines and milestones, a rough cost analysis, and a schedule. We also offer a suite of quality products that will help you get there quickly and  smoothly.
